MISSION AND MANDATE

As non-profit organization dedicated to the integration in employment of the disabled persons, it is our mission at SPHERE-Québec to facilitate the participation in the economic and social life of a larger number of disabled persons.

We manage to do it by supporting financially the creation of quality adapted jobs, by participating in experts' meetings for the transfer of knowledge and practices and by collaborating with the local, regional and provincial partners in the development of initiatives facilitating the emergence of new models regarding work integration.

Distinguishing itself by its flexibility, initiative and creativity in the development of practical and effective measures, a team of specialists in project management, consultation and animation answers requests of the entire province from three offices established in Quebec, Montreal and Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts.

Our activities are mainly financed by the individual measures of Opportunities Fund for People with Disabilities (OFPD) from Human Resources and Skills Development Canada.
